Refund policy

At SOLVÉ Eyewear, each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the defect
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

SOLVÉ Eyewear reserves the right to assess the validity of all claims.


3. Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the same item, subject to availability, or Store credit equivalent to the purchase value. We do not offer cash refunds.

 

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Minor variations that do not affect product function (e.g. slight color differences due to lighting)
Claims made beyond the stated timeframe

 

6. International Orders
For international customers, all return shipping, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
